What you will do

  • In leadership development, you are involved from the very beginning, as your ideas are sought after and you support projects and participate in exciting formats, for example on agile topics
  • The work includes talent management, cultural development, and the seminar offerings for leaders
  • You support the conception and organization of events for leaders, from keynotes to agile training, as well as assisting your colleagues
  • In addition, you research various topics, further develop concepts, revise presentations, and perform simple data analyses, where your skills are valued in day-to-day business
  • You gain a comprehensive insight into personnel development and the diagnostics of leaders, as well as into other departments of the HR division
  • Comprehensive supervision by a graduate psychologist and appreciative collaboration in a great, humorous team are guaranteed from the outset
  • Furthermore, there is the possibility for personal further development by participating in a seminar from the further Ausbildung catalog

What you need

  • Studies in at least the 4th semester of psychology or business psychology, or in the 5th semester of business administration with a focus on human resources
  • Initial practical experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Quick comprehension, independent work, analytical and conceptual thinking, and a large portion of team spirit are required
  • Enthusiasm for new topics, an open, communicative manner, and an independent, responsible, structured, and reliable work style characterize you
