Intern (m/f/d) Group Talent Strategy (Rolling)

Talent strategy: Help shape group-wide talent strategies for the holding company and all portfolio companies. Funnel automation: Support the design and development of our recruiting funnel, from job advertising across all channels through to hiring. Process development: Help build standardized recruiting and HR processes across the group. HR at holding company and law firm level: Also support operational HR topics for the holding company and our law firms.

Education: You are studying for a bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in business administration, human resources management, psychology or a comparable field. Practical experience: Initial exposure to HR or recruiting is an advantage, but not required. Working style: Structured, reliable and communicative. Experience with Personio or other HR tools is a plus, as is an interest in SEO, GEO and process optimization. Languages: Very good German and good English skills.
