Intern (m/f/d) HR Strategy and Culture

During your internship, you will gain extensive insight into working life at Porsche and, depending on the focus of your studies, support us with projects and activities such as:

• Supporting the implementation of staff development training measures
• Helping develop digital learning formats and prepare their content for teaching
• Supporting the management of the Porsche learning platform
• Providing administrative support to the HR Strategy and Culture team
• Contributing to current HR projects

• Studies in economics, social sciences, psychology, pedagogy or a comparable field of study
• At least 3 semesters of study experience
• Alternatively, studies in business administration (focus on human resources or business education) or adult education
• Proficient in MS Office
• Team and communication skills as well as service orientation
• Independent and structured way of working

Start: ideally at the beginning of a semester Prerequisite: valid enrollment throughout the entire internship Duration: 6 months
