What you will do

Post-merger integration: Supporting the post-merger integration of tax advisory firms so that individual practices become a functioning group and your results flow directly into implementation.
Portfolio management: Managing and developing our portfolio companies, from identifying value-creation levers to tracking their implementation.
AI and technology: Developing and implementing AI and technology strategies as well as practical tools at portfolio and holding-company level.
Working with management: Direct collaboration with the management teams of the firms and our holding company on strategic and operational issues.

Education: A completed or ongoing master's degree with a business, technical, or comparable focus, or you are close to completing your bachelor's degree with very good grades.
Practical experience: Initial practical experience in management consulting, business transformation, technology, ideally with an AI focus, a start-up environment, or comparable areas.
Working style: An independent, structured approach to work and a willingness to keep developing; enthusiasm for and experience with AI are explicitly welcome.
Languages: Very good German and English skills.
