What you will do

Post-merger integration: Support the post-merger integration of tax advisory firms so that individual practices become a functioning group and your results flow directly into implementation.
Portfolio management: Manage and further develop our portfolio companies, from identifying value-creation levers to tracking their implementation.
AI and technology: Develop and implement AI and technology strategies as well as practical tools at portfolio and holding-company level.
Collaboration with management: Work directly with the management teams of the firms and our holding company on strategic and operational issues.

Studies: A completed or ongoing master’s degree with a business, technical, or comparable focus, or you are close to completing your bachelor’s degree with very good grades.
Practical experience: Initial practical experience in management consulting, business transformation, technology, ideally with an AI focus, the start-up environment, or comparable fields.
Working style: Independent, structured working style and willingness to develop continuously; enthusiasm for and experience with AI are expressly desired.
Languages: Very good German and English skills.
