Intern (m/f/d) on the M&A Investment Team (Start Q2 2027)

Deal sourcing: Identifying and analyzing potential acquisition targets, including market, competitor and benchmark analyses, as a basis for management and investors to make decisions. Due diligence: Preparing and supporting due diligence processes. Decision papers: Preparing analyses, IC presentations and decision papers for management and investors. Stakeholder coordination: Coordinating internal and external stakeholders in the transaction process and working directly with our management on strategic issues.

Education: A completed or ongoing master's degree in business, technical or similar field, or you are close to completing a bachelor's degree with very good grades. Practical experience: Initial practical experience in M&A, transaction services, corporate finance, management consulting, investment banking, private equity or similar areas. Working style: Independent, structured way of working, enjoyment of Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness to keep developing. Languages: Very good German and English skills.
