What you will do

  • Support in property management: You assist in the preparation and execution of rental and leasing processes as well as property sales.
  • Support of owners and tenants: You assist in the service-oriented support of our tenants, users, owners, and interested parties – with a focus on contract management and communication.
  • Budget planning and control: You assist in the planning and monitoring of budgets as well as in the strategic and operational planning of our real estate projects.
  • Data management: You support data maintenance in our ERP system and the creation of monthly reports.

What you need

  • Current studies: You are studying real estate management, property management, or a comparable degree program and are in at least your 3rd semester.
  • Real estate management: You have an affinity for the real estate industry and project planning.
  • MS Office skills: Proficient use of MS Office applications is a given for you.
  • SAP knowledge: Initial experience with SAP, ideally SAP RE-FX, is an advantage.
  • Soft skills: You are characterized by a reliable, careful, and structured way of working.
  • Commitment: You bring a high level of commitment and work in a team-oriented manner.
