What you will do

  • Conducting market and competitor analyses on innovative and strategic developments in the German and international insurance market with a focus on health and long-term care
  • Evaluation and analysis of online user behavior as well as click journeys/customer journeys (using the Hotjar program)
  • Preparation of findings for discussion in the agile project team, including the derivation of potential courses of action for R+V
  • Support in project work, especially for "Mein digitaler Pflegeberater" (My digital care advisor), and participation in relevant meetings
  • Support of the team in current topics, e.g., creation of presentations and preparation of contract documents

What you need

  • Bachelor or Master student (m/f/d), at least in the 3rd semester, in the field of health management, business administration, marketing or a comparable course of study
  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, ideally also of TEAMS, Confluence, Concept Board and Excel
  • Good English skills
  • Strong communication skills as well as an independent, proactive and flexible way of working, combined with the motivation for fresh input and creative solutions
  • Enthusiasm for health and care topics
  • Initial practical experience in companies is an advantage
