Key facts

You actively support the planning, organization and implementation of HR development measures
You accompany training management via our digital learning platform and contribute to the creation of digital learning content
You play an important role in the follow-up and evaluation of training courses and seminars, thereby supporting their continuous improvement
You support the creation of training concepts and the preparation of presentations and contribute your own ideas for didactic design
Last but not least, you are a full team member in the HR department and support us in daily business with your commitment

You are currently studying (business) psychology, business administration or a comparable degree program with a focus on human resources and have a passion for HR development
You have very good knowledge of MS Office
You can communicate very well in German (B2 level) and well in English
You are motivated to demonstrate your very good communication skills and service orientation in a team with helpful and warm-hearted colleagues
Your strengths include pronounced analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent way of working
Prerequisite: Valid enrollment at a university or college (alternatively you are in a gap year)
