Intern Audit-Related Consulting - Assurance (Financial Services) (f/m/d)

Your Tasks: In our Financial Accounting Advisory Services division specialized in the financial sector in Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, and Frankfurt/Main, you support our clients with supervisory law questions as well as accounting-related and organizational topics. You will take on diverse tasks:

• Support in technical and strategic consulting of national and international banks, insurance companies, and asset management companies
• Collaboration at the interface between management consulting and auditing
• Participation in the introduction of new accounting standards (IFRS) and supervisory requirements (Basel II) as well as bank steering (Finance Transformation)
• Support in the implementation of requirements for sustainability reporting (EU Taxonomy, CSRD; SFDR) and requirements for the consideration of ESG aspects in risk management
• Accompaniment of our clients in the implementation of new solutions in their processes and IT systems

Your Skillset:

• Studies in economics at least in the third semester, with focus on banking operations and/or auditing and accounting
• Proficient use of MS Office and first experiences (internship or working student activity) at an auditing and consulting company
• Very good communication skills in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1)
