Transfer Pricing Intern (m/f/d)

As part of our Transfer Pricing team in Stuttgart, Hamburg, Mannheim, Nuremberg, Freiburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt/Main, Munich or Berlin, you will advise our clients on transfer pricing structures and the optimization of value chains. In our team, you will take on a wide range of tasks, including:

• Supporting our advisory work for clients in the area of transfer pricing, for example analyzing business processes in cross-border transactions and calculating and evaluating financial indicators through literature and database research
• Preparing transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files and Local Files, in compliance with German and international requirements, such as GAufzV and OECD BEPS Action 13
• Supporting ongoing tax audits by drafting letters to the tax authorities to defend our clients' transfer prices
• Analyzing cross-border financial transactions, such as loans, cash pools and guarantees, and determining arm's-length transfer prices, for example through database analyses

Your skill set

• At least two successfully completed semesters in economics or business administration, with a focus on industrial economics, microeconomics, finance/tax policy, econometrics or financial economics, or comparable fields
• Strong interest in solving complex issues and independently developing knowledge of new subject areas
• Good communication skills in German (B2) and English (B2)
