What you will do

  • Participation in the development of feasibility studies, including location and market analyses, cost estimations, and economic viability assessments
  • Support in the preparation of technical Due Diligence reports, including accompanying building inspections, reviewing and evaluating technical property documents, and assessing the quality of real estate projects
  • Participation in monitoring inspections within the scope of project developments for investors and financiers
  • Accompaniment and support of technical Asset Management mandates
  • Independent execution and further development of projects

What you need

  • Studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), real estate management or a comparable degree program in advanced studies
  • Good knowledge of common MS-Office programs
  • Understanding of construction-related basics and processes
  • Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD programs desirable
  • German language skills at an independent user level (at least B2)
