Active participation in implementing a group-wide strategy program on health and occupational safety in an international, broadly positioned group
Support in coordinating the international "Safety" working group, preparing and following up network meetings and taking part in them, giving you insight into international collaboration
Working on varied, practical questions, e.g. on management systems for health and safety, safety culture and organisational behaviour, the introduction and further development of digital EHS and reporting solutions
Researching and structuring information, carrying out analyses and presenting results clearly for the target audience
Taking on your own tasks and smaller projects with growing responsibility

An advanced bachelor's or master's degree in safety or industrial engineering, (health) management, organisational psychology or a comparable field, ideally with initial practical experience or study abroad
An independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of interdisciplinary questions at the intersection of occupational safety, management and organisational psychology
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex content clearly and appropriately for the audience
Confident use of MS Office applications (esp. PowerPoint and Excel) and digital collaboration tools
Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
