Documentation of processes: Traceable preparation of technical processes and their structured documentation in all areas; review and quality check of BIC processes (modeled business processes)
Revision of training content: Updating of training materials and creation of trainings (also with the help of AI)
Support in the Yearly Cycle in the area of Talent Management: Accompanying recurring HR processes, e.g. through User Acceptance Tests (UAT), documentation of results and coordination
Assistance in projects in the recruiting environment (SmartRecruiters)

Advanced studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, HR Management or a comparable degree program
Interest in digital HR processes and IT systems
Very good Excel skills or a high affinity for them
First knowledge of SAP or HR systems is a plus - but not a must
Teamwork, curiosity and commitment
A careful, structured way of working and a high quality awareness
Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
