What you will do

  • Collaboration in the further development & implementation of electronic connections with transport service providers
  • Development of a guideline for electronic communication with transport service providers
  • Creation of documents, work instructions, training materials and templates regarding "Transport Data Transmission & Tracking"
  • Support in conducting training sessions on "Transport Data Transmission" and "Transport Tracking@Schaeffler"
  • Support for the team in creating project and team reports
  • Support in preparing data for project and team control (budget, quality levels, reporting)
  • Collaboration in the implementation and maintenance of internal KPI reporting for transport tracking

What you need

  • Studies in Economics, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable field
  • Interest in digital innovations in the Supply Chain
  • Proficient in MS-Office
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Positive demeanor, enjoyment of contact and communication talent
  • High degree of independence and initiative
  • Commitment, independent working style, pronounced organizational talent and a high degree of structured thinking
