What you will do

  • Practical experience: You have the chance to gain practical experience in the dynamic work environment of the Nursing Directorate. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and her team. Through shadowing in various departments of the hospital, you will learn about the business and organizational contexts of a hospital.
  • Teamwork: You will become part of a dedicated team, consisting of the Director of Nursing, nursing managers, as well as employees for project and process management and nursing science topics.
  • Variety of tasks: A diverse range of tasks awaits you, where you can expand your skills and apply theoretical knowledge from your studies, for example, by independently working on a project.
  • Network: During your internship, you will have the opportunity to make valuable contacts and expand your professional network.

What you need

  • You are an enrolled student in the field of nursing/health management, health sciences, or a comparable degree program
  • Interest in nursing administration and the organization of the healthcare system
  • Motivation, commitment, and initiative combined with social competence and teamwork
