What you will do

  • Development of sustainable real estate projects and implementation of solutions for ecological and economic sustainability
  • Analysis for real estate valuation in the area of Technical Due Diligence
  • Participation in architectural competitions and support in tendering and awarding
  • Support in contract negotiations and administration as well as management of deadlines, costs and quality
  • Creation of presentations, schedules, budget overviews and feasibility studies

What you need

  • Studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), or a comparable field of study in advanced stages
  • Knowledge of basic construction principles and processes, supplemented by desirable knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD programs
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • German language skills at an independent user level (at least B2)
  • Motivation to develop further in an exciting and future-oriented work environment
  • A compelling cover letter is desirable
