What you will do
- Collaboration in solving balance sheet issues according to HGB and IFRS as well as in the preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements
- Support in Post Merger Integration (PMI) or IPO-Readiness projects with a focus on the conversion of accounting to IFRS or US-GAAP
- Optimization & digitalization of closing and reporting processes through the implementation and customizing of smart IT solutions
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams on cross-business unit consulting projects, such as M&A transactions, ESG and GRC projects
What you need
- Studies in economics or a comparable field of study with a focus on national and international accounting
- Initial practical experience in consulting or industry, ideally through internships or working student activities
- Fluent German and good English language skills
- High willingness to learn, strong analytical skills, self-initiative, and the flexibility required in a consulting environment
