What you'll do
- Support projects on post-merger integration, IFRS and US GAAP conversion, IPOs and carve-outs
- Develop solutions and process improvements with the team to strengthen clients' financial reporting
- Learn the practical use of national and international accounting standards
- Help with market research, create proposals and prepare decision papers for clients' top management
What you need
- At least three semesters of business studies successfully completed, ideally focused on finance, accounting, controlling or corporate treasury
- Interest in transaction and capital market topics, international accounting, and supporting CFOs on strategic projects
- First internships, for example in accounting, finance, auditing or consulting
- Analytical and structured way of working, good feel for numbers, ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Team spirit, openness to new things, sense of responsibility
- German at a confident C1 level and English at least B2 level
