Creating and revising communication materials such as internal announcements, newsletters and presentations.
Creating and maintaining content for internal communication channels by writing articles, designing graphics and keeping intranet pages up to date.
Helping plan, organize and run meetings, workshops and other internal events.
Carrying out research, surveys and feedback analyses to evaluate and improve communication measures.
Working closely with various departments so communication activities are well aligned and successfully implemented.
Helping prepare and organize events with specialist communities.

At least 90 credits and enrolled student in communication science, media studies, business administration or a comparable field
Practical experience in a management consulting environment, prior knowledge of change management, digitalization, personnel development and communication
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Enjoyment of independent work, good self-organization, analytical thinking, a feel for design

Practical phase - actively apply theory in challenging and varied tasks and projects
