What you will do
- You create and analyze reports on global CRM campaigns
- You create newsletter and WhatsApp campaigns in our CRM tools for multiple countries
- You support the global CRM Campaigns Team in implementing international test approaches, trend research, benchmarking, and analyses in the CRM area
- You independently manage sub-projects
What you need
- Studies in economics, (international) marketing, online marketing or media & communication management or similar from the 4th semester onwards
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Initial experience gained through internships or working student activities
- Interest in analytical tasks and a strong understanding of numbers
- Independent working style
- Proficient in common MS-Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
