Key facts

Delivery: You accompany customers from the setup of the Flip AI app to go-live, prepare workshops and kick-offs, and create onboarding and training materials.
Support & AI Transition: You handle tickets to understand our current processes and support the introduction of an AI layer as the first support level with targeted improvements.
Operations: You streamline our processes in HubSpot and Notion, build reports on customer usage, and automate workflows with AI tools like Claude.
Strategic Projects: You take on your own projects, such as around our Customer Advisory Board, product rollouts, adoption analyses, or success stories, and prepare the results for customers and management.

Ongoing master's degree (or advanced bachelor's degree) in business, STEM, economics or related disciplines
Availability for 6 months, start immediately
Ideally first experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Project Management or in a SaaS environment. A plus, not a must.
You work in a structured way, keep an eye on multiple topics at the same time and get things done.
You are confident in Excel or Google Sheets and build presentations that get to the point quickly.
You are keen on AI tools and prefer to try new things rather than stick to the familiar.
Very good German and English, written and spoken
You can be regularly present in our office in Stuttgart.

Direct line: You work closely with the Head of Customer Success and get real insight into customer relationships with large companies.
Work mode: Flip AI is remote-first. For this role you are regularly in our office in Stuttgart, the exact rhythm we discuss openly in the application process.
