What you will do
- Support in the development and implementation of data analyses within the framework of the global customer data strategy
- Development and expansion of data analytics use cases & dashboards to support marketing & sales decisions, including the analysis and optimization of customer satisfaction
- Data preparation, modeling, and visualization with tools such as Python, PySpark, and Power BI
- Conducting exploratory data analyses to identify patterns and trends in customer behavior
- As part of our overarching Data Analytics team, close collaboration with our Product Owners, Data Analysts, Data Scientists & Data Engineers, among others
What you need
- Studies in (Business) Informatics or comparable fields of study
- Initial experience with common tools for data analysis & visualization (ideally with Microsoft Power BI and Python)
- Practical prior knowledge in Data Analytics or Data Science is an advantage
- Analytical, creative & solution-oriented way of working as well as a hands-on mentality
- Team player with a joy for interdisciplinary collaboration, ideally with prior experience in an agile environment
- Fluent in German & English
