What you will do

  • In the TchiboCard Community team, you are responsible for supporting online customer promotions - from the idea to the implementation on our customer participation platform community.tchibo.de.
  • In cooperation with specialist departments, you independently create content, such as image, text, and video content for our own social media platform.
  • You evaluate promotions and campaigns using analysis tools.
  • You contribute your own ideas to all topics, implement them, and conduct success evaluations and presentations.
  • You gain diverse insights into digital marketing (e.g., campaign planning, CMS systems, newsletter dispatch, content productions, and events).

What you need

  • You are studying Business Administration, Media Studies, a comparable degree program with a focus on marketing or communication, or are in a gap year.
  • You have a strong affinity for social media and initial practical experience in online marketing.
  • Your pronounced organizational talent, creativity, and enthusiasm for online campaigns with a social media focus distinguish you.
  • Thanks to your confident expression and enjoyment of writing, creating image and text content comes easily to you, and Photoshop is not unfamiliar.
  • Good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel) complete your profile, and you are eager to learn the practical use of content management systems and online analysis tools.
  • Ideally, you have 6 months starting in February to support us.
