Internship (d/m/w) in the Area of AIRBUS Vocational Training Stade

Support trainers in planning, preparing, and conducting training content in various technical professions & dual study programs. Assistance in creating learning materials, presentations, and exercises. Accompanying and supervising apprentices (#AIRzubi´s) during practical courses and in various projects. Insights into administrative processes of vocational training, such as employment marketing, recruiting, onboarding, methodological and didactic knowledge transfer, process monitoring, etc. Participation in internal meetings and workshops of the training department. Support in organizing information events and trade fairs for talent acquisition. Collaboration on current projects for the further development of our training programs.

Enrolled full-time student (d/m/w) in a relevant technical, pedagogical, or comparable degree program (e.g., mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, business psychology, etc.). Fluent German skills in written and spoken form (at least C1 level). Good basic knowledge of MS Office & Google Suite applications. High interest in technical contexts and knowledge transfer. Teamwork, strong communication skills, and a proactive work style. Initiative, willingness to learn, and independence. Initial practical experience (e.g., through pre-internships, side jobs, vocational training) is an advantage but not strictly required.
