• Diverse mandates, diverse opportunities: Immerse yourself in consulting clients from various industries and learn how modern ERP systems help companies make their processes more efficient and transparent. • Identify and implement optimization potential: You support your team in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics solutions, from procurement to sales, and help rethink our clients' end-to-end processes. • From idea to implementation: Whether Microsoft ERP or S/4HANA, you are involved from the start when it comes to process optimization, process design, system mapping, and setting up test scenarios. • Manage projects, celebrate successes: In project management, you support the implementation of complex transformation projects and learn how agile working works in the ERP environment.

• Theoretical background for practice: You have successfully completed at least three semesters in business administration, business informatics, or industrial engineering. • Curiosity that sets the course: You ideally already have initial internships or experience with ERP systems – especially with SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics in the areas of finance, controlling, logistics, production, sales, or project management. • Your skills convince: You easily understand complex systems and processes, you like to work in a structured way, think analytically, and want to take responsibility and shape projects. • Team spirit that connects: You enjoy working in a team, you contribute, are open to new things, and take responsibility. • Language skills: You speak German confidently at C1 level and can communicate in English at least at B2 level.
