What you will do

  • Procurement management including procurement planning in coordination with Controlling and Purchasing
  • Tender documents and demand planning (quantity structures) within the scope of trials
  • Cost and benefit analyses within the scope of physical trials
  • Reporting on vehicle and block trials including tracking of key figures
  • Obligation and cost tracking
  • Resource and site management for trials and test tracks
  • Preparation and follow-up of block trials
  • Committees and coordination meetings

What you need

  • A study place for (technical) business administration, economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study (at least in the 3rd semester or in a gap year between Bachelor and Master)
  • An independent, conscientious, structured and analytical way of working
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • A strong affinity for numbers
  • Knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Very good German and good English skills (min. B2)
