What you will do

  • Vehicle development process along the V-model
  • Methods and tools for increasing efficiency
  • Communication and training materials
  • Internal process documentation
  • Workshops and training courses on the application of methods and tools
  • Collaboration with various departments and interface partners (including IT) to identify and implement improvement potentials

What you need

  • A university place for mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or computer science, or a comparable degree program (at least in the 3rd semester or in the gap year between Bachelor and Master)
  • Interest in process optimization and method development
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • Experience in using the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Very good German and good English skills (min. B2)
