Internship Global Transformation HR: Data & Analytics (f/m/d)

Consulting - As part of our team, you can gain initial experience in global HR consulting. We support company acquisitions and participations, spin-offs, reorganizations, and restructurings, as well as HR transformation processes of all kinds.

Project work - From the beginning, you will be integrated into mandate and project work by a team of economists, psychologists, and lawyers, with an experienced mentor always at your side.

Tasks - You will assist in preparing customer employee data and calculating the costs of personnel measures, including visualizing our results for clients. You will also contribute to the development of (fully) automated solutions.

• You are studying (Business) Mathematics, (Business) Informatics or a comparable degree program and ideally have a specialization in HR, Finance or Informatics.
• You are at least in your third semester or in a gap year between your Bachelor's and Master's degree.
• You are interested in HR Data & Analytics and ideally already have initial practical experience through internships, working student activities or project work.
• You have knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and Python and enjoy working with data and numbers.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• You would like to support us for a period of at least three months.
