Internship HR Business Partner / Recruiting (f/m/d)

Support HR Business Partners in HR tasks such as recruitment or management support. Participate in strategic HR projects. Support the entire recruiting process (preparing job postings, candidate selection and correspondence, coordinating and participating in interviews). Prepare HR meetings and decision documents. Communicate with interfaces and committees (e.g. works council). Assist with labor law issues.

Enrolled student (f/m/d) in a business/law or comparable degree program with a focus on HR. Good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Logical thinking and strong customer orientation. Excellent communication skills, commitment and a high degree of teamwork. Ideally first HR knowledge. Interest in a six-month internship to gain valuable practical experience.
