What you will do

Independently organizing and conducting various events and career fairs
Supporting the management of partnerships and projects in university and apprenticeship marketing
Creating editorial texts for internal and external communication channels, especially social media
Coordinating employer marketing activities
Preparing various analyses
Supporting the handling of administrative HR topics

You are studying business administration, media studies or a comparable subject
You should be familiar with MS Office and have good knowledge of common programs
Business-fluent German and very good written and spoken English are essential
You are highly committed, take initiative, learn quickly and are enthusiastic about many topics
Creativity comes naturally to you and helps you find unconventional solutions
You work independently, are goal-oriented and organized, and know how to work effectively without losing sight of the bigger picture
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are particularly important to us
You have analytical thinking skills and a good understanding of numbers
We require your current enrollment certificate and transcript, as well as, where applicable, confirmation from your university that you are completing a mandatory internship
If you are from outside the EU, please also send us your valid residence permit and work permit, including the supplementary sheet
