Internship HR Personnel Development and Personnel Support (m/f/d)

Extensive insights and active support in the areas of personnel development and personnel support. Continuous optimization of existing personnel development offers and processes as well as organization and coordination of internal events and trainings. Participation in applicant management and recruiting as well as support in various onboarding measures. Support in personnel marketing. Active participation in daily operational business. System-side support of further training measures.

Ongoing advanced studies, preferably in economics or a comparable degree program, e.g., pedagogy or media and communication studies, with a mandatory internship requirement. First practical experience in HR is an advantage. Very good MS Office skills. Team player mentality and enthusiasm for personnel development. Utmost discretion in handling confidential data. Independent, structured, and conscientious work style. Organizational talent, flexibility, and an open, communicative personality.
