What you'll do
- Support our HR team in day-to-day operations with a focus on our HR IT systems SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur and Aconso
- Actively contribute to process optimization and maintenance of our HR data
- Accompany ongoing projects, e.g. international roll-outs, with insight into the entire project work
- Take independent responsibility for sub-projects and actively shape your own area of work
What you need
- Studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable degree program
- Interest in digital trends in HR and enjoyment of working with HR processes and IT systems
- First practical experience in HR is an advantage, but not required
- Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Hands-on mentality, strong service orientation and openness to new topics and challenges
