What you will do

Supporting the preparation and publication of job descriptions in German and English
Preselecting applications
Forwarding applications to specialist departments, including follow-up
Communicating with applicants, HR and specialist departments
Job shadowing Talent Acquisition Business Partners on various topics
Supporting special topics and projects related to Talent Acquisition

You are studying business administration, psychology, education or a comparable field
You should be familiar with MS Office and have good knowledge of the common programs
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are essential for us
You are highly committed, show plenty of initiative, learn quickly and are enthusiastic about many topics
You work independently, are goal-oriented and structured, and know how to work effectively without losing sight of the bigger picture
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are particularly important to us because we always need to work together on solutions
