Internship - Human Relations

• Supporting the operational personnel management of a large international group, including recruiting, talent management, and compensation and benefits
• Supporting the administration of individual personnel measures, such as transfers and working time changes, using various systems such as SAP
• Contributing to the design of local talent programs, including marketing, communication and events
• Actively contributing to projects and special topics

• Studying business administration, social sciences or a comparable field
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office programs
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are absolutely essential for us
• Independent way of working
• High commitment, creativity, teamwork, organizational skills and communication skills

We require your current enrollment certificate and current transcript of records, as well as, if applicable, confirmation from your university that you are completing a mandatory internship. If you are not from the EU, please also send us your valid residence permit and work permit, including the supplementary sheet.
