Key job responsibilities As an Amazon Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills to high-impact projects that improve the functionality and service of fulfillment centers, sortation centers, and delivery stations. Key aspects of the role include: • Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard and demonstrating your ability to deliver results • Data analysis to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities • Proposing and testing solutions in collaboration with the team to implement the most effective approaches • Developing communication and teamwork skills through collaboration with leaders, stakeholders, and associates. • Moving around the building to interact with various teams. This includes active knowledge gathering by participating in activities such as pre-shift meetings, flow meetings, and discussions with the leadership team and associates. • The ability to navigate the work area and transition between different areas is essential for this position. • Demonstrating flexibility with various work schedules and shift patterns as needed. • Possible relocation to the designated work location.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently in your penultimate or final year and on track for a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
• Excellent spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
