What you will do
Supporting the creation of information materials and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Supporting awareness campaigns on sustainability and occupational safety
- Conducting cost-benefit analyses for sustainability projects in environmental and energy management
- Supporting the preparation, organization, documentation and follow-up of internal and external audits, such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Supporting the collection, analysis and preparation of environmental, safety and sustainability metrics
- Creating dashboards and reports for transparent presentation of metrics and processes
- Supporting the development of automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency
What you need
Degree studies in environmental management, sustainability, occupational safety, business administration or a comparable field; basic knowledge of Power BI and data analysis desirable; confident use of MS Office; very good to fluent German and good English skills; teamwork and communication skills; interest in sustainability, environmental protection and occupational safety; strong willingness to learn and motivation; initiative and sense of responsibility; interest in actively shaping processes and projects; analytical thinking and a structured, independent way of working. An up-to-date proof of enrollment, current transcript of records and, where applicable, confirmation from the university of a mandatory internship are also required. Applicants from outside the EU must additionally provide a valid residence permit and work permit including the supplementary sheet.
