Support our innovation team in developing new product ideas, game concepts and relevant offerings for children, families and adults, from initial research to testing specific concepts and prototypes
Carry out trend, market and competitor analyses, help prepare and run creative and idea development sessions, and assist with qualitative and quantitative product tests
Independently handle smaller tasks within innovation projects, such as developing concepts, creating presentations, preparing workshops, or documenting and organizing project results
Work closely with different departments and external partners, and actively contribute your own perspective to our projects.

You are at an advanced stage of a degree, for example in Innovation Management, Product Management, Business Administration, Design, Psychology, Sociology, Media, Communication or a related subject
Ideally, you have some practical experience in project work, developing or assessing product ideas, market research or preparing workshops
You think analytically and creatively, work in a structured and independent way, and enjoy quickly learning about new topics, target groups and questions
You are interested in toys, media, creative products and new consumer trends. You also have good spoken and written English and are confident using MS Office

Pay of €1,600 gross per month for a required internship under your curriculum or study plan, based on a 35-hour working week.
