Internship - Lean Management - Digitalization and Standardization of Process Workflows

• Creating training videos
• Supporting the optimization of workflows and processes
• Contributing to various projects focused on making work easier through digitalization for lean and waste-free processes
• Contributing to the optimization of the shop floor management system

• You are studying communication, automation engineering, computer science, or a comparable field, so that you bring a basic understanding of our area of work
• You should be familiar with MS Office and have good knowledge of the common programs
• You have very good knowledge of web design, Camtasia, and Power BI
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English are essential for us
• You are highly committed, show a great deal of initiative, learn quickly, and can become enthusiastic about many topics
• Creativity comes naturally to you and helps you find unconventional solutions
• You work independently, in a goal-oriented and structured manner, and know how to work effectively without losing sight of the bigger picture
• You understand how to work with new media, are committed, and can approach people openly
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are particularly important to us, because we always need to work together on solutions
