What you will do

  • Support in the acquisition and execution of exciting national and international M&A projects
  • Participation in the creation of marketing documents (teaser, information memorandum, management presentation, etc.)
  • Extensive market and company analyses
  • Creation of long and short lists: Identification of potential buyers (Sell-Side) or potential target companies (Buy-Side)
  • Support in company valuations (Discounted Cash Flow, Multiples, LBO, etc.) and in acquisition activities

What you need

  • At least four completed semesters in a business, engineering, or natural science degree program with very good academic performance
  • Ideally, initial practical experience in corporate finance, management consulting, or auditing
  • A high degree of teamwork skills and strong analytical abilities
  • German and English at C1 level
  • Excellent IT skills, especially for MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
