What you'll do
## Talent Acquisition (approx. 50%+ of your time): You take responsibility for key parts of our recruiting process – supported by experienced colleagues but with real ownership:
- End-to-end candidate management: You independently handle central parts of the recruiting process – from applicant management and interview coordination to conducting your own screening calls.
- Job marketing & publishing: You learn how to create compelling job ads and coordinate their publication via the most effective channels.
- Strategic talent pooling: You learn how to build, structure and maintain a sustainable talent pool.
- Advanced active sourcing: You learn how to proactively identify and effectively approach potential candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
- Collaborative sourcing strategy: You work closely with the recruiting team to continuously refine and optimise search strategies.
- HR tech & innovation: You research and use new trends and (AI) tools to increase recruiting efficiency.
- Data-driven recruiting: You learn how to create meaningful recruiting reports and track key KPIs to make success measurable.
## People & Culture Projects: You look behind the scenes of a modern People team and learn how great employee experiences are designed, measured and scaled.
- Onboarding experience: You help us design and implement a seamless onboarding experience – ensuring new hires not only have a perfect first day but also a structured integration over their first weeks and months.
- Event architect: You support the conception and planning of our internal "Flip AI Events" (e.g. Team & Culture Days). Your presence in the Stuttgart office (at least once a week) is key to bringing these events to life and engaging with the team.
- Process automation & optimization: With a fresh eye you create smart workflows, automate manual tasks and ensure maximum efficiency in our daily operations.
- HR analytics: You manage our data quality and transform raw data into meaningful HR reports and dashboards to drive data-based decisions.
What you need
- You are currently studying business administration, psychology, economics, business psychology or a similar field and ideally have 5–6 months available for an internship.
- First experience in HR, recruiting or active sourcing is a plus – but not required.
- Passion for creative ideas and innovative approaches in talent sourcing.
- Confident handling of social networks and a strong affinity for digital tools and AI.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and empathy to create a positive employee & candidate journey.
- Excellent communication skills, initiative and enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Very good German and English skills.
What you get
- Work mode: We are remote-first, giving you the flexibility to work from home. At the same time we value in-person collaboration. Depending on the role you occasionally attend team events, workshops or meetings in our Berlin or Stuttgart offices – always with sufficient notice. The exact split is discussed transparently during the application process.
- Work-life balance: We don't want you stuck to your desk chair, so we cover the cost of your E-Gym Wellpass membership and offer JobRad leasing.
- Celebrate successes: You'll find highly motivated, engaged people in a relaxed working atmosphere.
- In the thick of it: You actively shape Flip AI. Along the way you enable the rapid growth of a young tech company and grow with your goals. Good vibes guaranteed.
- Happy to be a Flipster: Look forward to regular team events and Culture Days that bring us together as Flipsters.
- Work abroad: At Flip AI you can also work from other European countries – let's talk about workation in the interview.
