What you will do

  • You support the team in the conception, implementation, and control of performance marketing campaigns.
  • You monitor and analyze key performance KPIs daily to measure success.
  • You independently create weekly and monthly reports and analyses to evaluate campaign success.
  • Together with the team, you identify optimization potential and are jointly responsible for the continuous development of our campaigns and advertising materials.
  • Conducting competitive and market analyses to identify new trends and potential in performance marketing is also part of your tasks.
  • You work on exciting projects and proactively contribute your own ideas for the further development of our performance marketing strategy.

What you need

  • You are studying Business Administration, Media Studies, or a comparable degree program with a focus on Marketing or Communication, or are in a Gap Year.
  • Ideally, you have initial practical experience in online marketing.
  • You have a very high affinity for online topics and an interest in e-commerce.
  • Your strong analytical and data-driven working style distinguishes you.
  • Language skills in Polish are an advantage.
  • Ideally, you have 6 months starting in February to support us.
