What you will do

  • You support the team in brainstorming ideas and acquiring partners for offers in the Tchibo theme worlds.
  • Together with your team, you take over the strategic development of (brand) cooperations and the optimization of marketing activities at the POS and in the webshop.
  • You work closely with our cooperation and service partners, the Tchibo sales channels and external agencies.
  • You independently create marketing concepts for our partner offers.

What you need

  • You are studying economics or a similar degree program with a focus on marketing, sales or innovation/communication management, or you are in a gap year.
  • You are very proficient in MS Office and ideally have initial practical experience in these areas.
  • Your strong team spirit, creativity, and open-minded and communicative personality distinguish you.
  • Ideally, you have 6 months starting in February to support us.
