What you will do

  • You support the process digitalization and thus the future orientation of our shops.
  • You take responsibility for and supervise your own projects from conception to roll-out (implementation) and coordinate various processes during a shop renovation.
  • Furthermore, you independently conduct research, analyses, and tests and provide concrete recommendations for action for process optimizations in our shops.
  • In cooperation with other departments and the shop network, you gain diverse insights into Tchibo's exciting and varied branch sales.

What you need

  • You are studying economics, a comparable degree program, or are in a gap year.
  • You are characterized by strong teamwork skills, commitment, creativity, and the ability to contribute your own ideas.
  • Ideally, you have initial commercial experience.
  • Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
  • Ideally, you have 6 months available to support us starting in January.
