Support the team in auditing and advising real estate companies and in checking the plausibility of property values
As part of strategy and management consulting, actively contribute to the transformation of real estate organizations (e.g. strategy, sustainability/ESG, digitalization, organization & processes)
Help assess real estate-specific processes and risk management systems as part of annual and consolidated financial statement audits
Contribute to the valuation of real estate (portfolios), loan portfolios, machinery and equipment and to preparing the related valuation documentation
Work in the team on portfolio analyses and strategies as well as value-oriented real estate management
Handle real estate tasks on the buy or sell side (Tax, Financial & Property Due Diligence, Vendor Assistance)
Support the team in the procurement and financing of infrastructure assets, especially in the transport context

Three completed semesters of studies in real estate management, economics or industrial engineering, possibly with an additional real estate qualification
Ideally first work experience in real estate and/or infrastructure through previous internships and/or vocational training
Very good presentation skills
German and English at C1 level
