Retail Operations

• Support project management (internal and external BTQ openings)
• Communication interface to entities as well as service providers and suppliers in Europe for new retail projects
• Administration for invoicing
• Creation of orders (e.g. for events, Christmas Activation, POS Materials, BTQ elements, VM Material)
• Planning, control and management of inventory for marketing materials as well as order management
• Communication with BTQs regarding HQ inquiries
• General support for inquiries & needs from BTQs
• Support for special projects

Visual Merchandising

• Support a consistent brand image at the Point of Sale (PoS) BTQ
• Rollout of VM waves according to marketing headquarters specifications, including project management with internal interfaces and external partners
• Communication partner for the internal A. Lange & Söhne boutiques in Europe regarding VM
• Visual Merchandise checks, documentation and reporting.

• Degree in economics or equivalent Ausbildung
• Initial relevant professional experience on agency or company side, preferably in the luxury sector or with premium brands
• Fluent English skills in spoken and written, French an advantage
• Good knowledge of common Office applications
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills as well as organizational talent
• Exceptionally high motivation and team spirit as well as enjoyment of working in an international team.
