What you will do

  • Consulting – In the area of Risk Management, you will assist with mathematical issues as well as with the assessment, quantification, and modeling of risks. In doing so, you will build expertise in capital markets and credit transactions.
  • Regulatory Management – Whether Credit, Market, Liquidity, or Operational Risk - here you will support projects at German, European, and international banks. You will accompany our clients through the entire process chain from the analysis of strategic impacts on the business model to implementation across the entire bank, including the IT infrastructure.
  • Diversity – You will support us with data evaluations and the processing of technical topics. At the same time, you will get to know the credit, risk management, and trading departments of our internationally active clients and help ensure appropriate processes in the front, middle, and back office.
  • Projects – You will be involved in mandate and project work and gain insights into the responsibility towards clients and the market.

What you need

  • You are studying economics, industrial engineering, (business) mathematics or natural sciences and have chosen specializations in banking, auditing, risk management, regulation or financial mathematics.
  • You are at least in your second semester or in a gap year between your Bachelor's and Master's degree.
  • The business models and management of a bank fascinate you, as do interaction in an international environment and events on the global financial markets.
  • Relevant practical experience through internships or a bank Ausbildung is desirable, but not a prerequisite.
  • You are characterized by very good analytical skills and strong communication skills in German and English, which enable you to understand and explain complex issues.
