Internship Strategy and Management Consulting (f/m/d)

• Shape strategies and develop solution approaches: You develop concepts and solution approaches together with your team for topics that move our clients and the market.
• Understand the market and recognize potentials: You conduct market and competitive analyses, contribute to the development of market entry, growth, and sales strategies, and help our clients to position themselves in a future-proof and competitive manner.
• Right in the middle instead of just being there: At workshops and client meetings, you actively contribute your perspective and shape content directly and practically.
• With an overview for project success: You support project teams in coordinating and processing work packages and take care of the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and workshops.
• Drive and shape the future: You develop your own ideas on topics such as Sustainable Finance, Customer Centricity, Operational Excellence, or Digital Assets and bring them into our internal product development. This helps you set new impulses and further develop our consulting approaches.

• Theoretical background for practice: You have successfully completed at least three semesters in economics, business informatics, computer science, or industrial engineering or a related course of study.
• Curiosity that sets the course: Ideally, you have focused on project management, innovation management, finance, or comparable subjects.
• Experience that moves you forward: You have already gained valuable and relevant professional experience through previous internships or working student activities, which gives you confidence and competence in practice.
• Skills that convince: You like to work in a structured way, think analytically, and have a good sense for working with stakeholders as well as developing and implementing communication concepts.
• Team spirit that connects: You enjoy working in a team, you contribute, are open to new things, and take responsibility.
• Language skills: You speak German confidently at C1 level and can communicate in English at least at B2 level. Perhaps you even speak another foreign language.
