Key facts

You are responsible for strategic projects in the area of constructability from initial analysis to implementation
You analyze our sales and operations funnel and identify at which points and for which reasons we cannot build at customers
You evaluate the impact of different initiatives, create business cases, and derive priorities from them
You identify innovative construction technologies and processes in the field of renewable energies and bring them into implementation together with the team
You control the realization with operations, technology, software, and external partners until the solution works in daily business
You operate at the intersection of processes, technical questions, and software topics and bring the right stakeholders together
You are part of a small, agile team, take on responsibility for your own topics early, and see immediately what your work achieves

You are studying, in a gap year, or have recently completed your studies, with the field of study being secondary
You have already gained practical experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up, a consultancy, or banking
You are implementation-oriented, tackle topics, and bring them to completion
You proceed in a structured manner, think in processes, and keep an overview even with multiple parallel projects
You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, even if they become technical
You speak fluent German and English and communicate clearly and convincingly with stakeholders from a wide range of areas
You want to be close to the action and have real impact and are keen to work with the team on-site in Berlin for 3 to 6 months
