Internship Tech & AI - Markets Leadership (w/m/d)

Tech, AI & Innovation: You research current developments around generative AI, automation, and digital tools and support preparing relevant trends and application possibilities for Markets. AI and digital use cases: You participate in structuring technical challenges and concretizing possible use cases. In doing so, you support the team in developing initial solution approaches and building and testing simple agents – for example with Agent Builder in Microsoft Copilot as well as with ChatGPT and Anthropic models. Project support & coordination: You support smaller projects and work packages, keep track of tasks, appointments, and next steps, and prepare coordination meetings with Markets, IT, and other stakeholders. Introduction of new tools: You accompany tests and piloting of new technologies and ways of working, gather feedback, and document experiences, requirements, and usage possibilities. Research & preparation: You research market, technology, and usage trends and prepare the results understandably in presentations, briefings, mailings, and working documents. Communication & visibility: You support internal communication formats and help make use cases, progress, and learnings within Markets understandable and visible. Workshops & formats: You participate in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of workshops, working meetings, and internal events with a tech or AI focus and record results and next steps.

Study requirements: You are in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, humanities, or social sciences, ideally with interfaces to innovation, technology, communication, or digitalization. Interest in Tech & AI: You are interested in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and new technologies, like to try out digital tools, and want to learn about their application possibilities in a corporate context. First insights: Ideally you have already gained initial insights into project work, consulting, digital marketing, or a comparable environment through internships, working student activities, university projects, or student engagement. Structured way of working: You work carefully and organized, can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, and like to support preparing information, tasks, and results clearly. Digital tools: You have good basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and ideally SharePoint. Initial contact with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Agent Builder, or Copilot Studio as well as ChatGPT and Anthropic models are welcome but not required. Communication: You like to prepare content understandably, work openly with different teams, and have very good German and English skills. Personal strengths: You bring curiosity, initiative, reliability, and team spirit and enjoy learning new things and contributing your own ideas.
